company. This individual must desire to learn and

picture” and most important, the desire to perform as a
member of a team.
Our busy season starts from March thru December. Must
possess a valid New Jersey Drivers license.
CDL A or B is important. This company is a
Drug Free company and will have absolutely no tolerance
for this matter. There will be drug testing
periodically.

POSITIONS
AVAILABLE
Paver Operator: (For 2002 Blaw Knox 875)
Roller Operators: ( Ingersol Rand DD 32, and finish rollers)
Asphalt Laborers: ( Lute, Tamper, Shoveling)
Truck Drivers: (Valid CDL A,B) Able to safely operate tandem dump trucks. Trailer
experience a help.
Seal Coating Crew: ( Able to operate ride on applicator, Brush Driveways)
Linestriper: ( Detail oriented neat
individual. Must be willing to work on Paving or Seal coating
crews)
Infrared Crewman:
(Able to check grades with laser, rake, roll and tamp)

Retirement Plan: Must be with Eosso Brothers Paving, Inc. for 1 full year for eligibility. American Express Financial.
Company Uniforms: Polo shirts and comfortable pants. Supplied by Cintas. Eosso pays ˝ of rate. 2 weeks of uniforms. Cintas cleans uniforms. There is a 1 month waiting period. $ 10.00 per month deducted

Horseshoes, Catered. Raffles. Husband and wife, Horseshoe tournament.
Christmas Party: All employees receive nice bonus. Company Jackets, Shirts, Hats and presents for ladies. Raffles, for free dinners and other surprises. A lot of fun.
Crew to pick event: During busy season. Crew to have meeting and pick events and location. Example. Limo to Shea Stadium to watch Mets
vs. Yankees.
