Total Pavement Reconstruction

A total reconstruction process would normally include removal of all asphalt material, rebuilding of drains if needed, addition of new sub base materials as needed, then new bituminous base followed by the new wearing surface.

Localized Pavement Reconstruction

Localized pavement repairs to correct structural deficiencies.  The pavement is saw cut in rectangular patterns and all material within the rectangle is removed and replaced.
